Introducing the new CaseBlink

- CaseBlink
Since 2024, more than 100 firms have shown us what immigration work really asks of the people who do it. The new CaseBlink is built on those lessons.
Since launching in 2024, we've had a front-row seat to some of the most consequential work there is. We've watched immigration firms file petitions that reunite families, keep researchers in their labs, and give people fleeing danger a chance at safety. We've shared in the approvals attorneys fought for, and we've felt the sting when an RFE landed on a case that deserved to be approved the first time.
Nearly everything we know, we learned from those firms. This is what they taught us, and what we built because of it.
Where we started
CaseBlink began as a drafting tool. You uploaded the evidence, and it organized the exhibits and drafted letters and briefs. By 2026, hundreds of firms had prepared thousands of cases with it. And the notes they sent back were the best part of our week: briefs that came together in an afternoon, and exhibit lists nobody had to rebuild by hand.
What the work taught us
The harder lessons came just as quickly.
- The hours go to everything around drafting the petition: chasing documents, retyping the same facts form after form, keeping the system of record updated.
- Every firm practices differently. A tool that drafts the same way for everyone gets rewritten by everyone.
- Attorneys don't trust what they can't check. Every claim has to point back to the page and text that supports it.
- Judgment is the job. Software should take the busywork and leave strategy and sign-off with the attorney.
Some of those lessons were humbling. We shipped features that missed, rebuilt them, and shipped them again. Each time, a firm took the time to tell us what it actually needed, and CaseBlink got better because it did.
What's new
The new CaseBlink is rebuilt around the matter, not a draft. Agents work from one record per case, the way your team would, and you review everything they do.
- A Home view that opens on what needs your review: what's overdue, what's waiting on you and what's coming up.
- A Clients interface serving as a system of record.
- Firm Knowledge and firm skills: your templates, prior filings and ways of working, taught once and reused in any case.
- Client intakes in foreign languages that ask only for what's missing, with a review step before anything reaches the record.
- Case preparation fully handled by agents who plan work and ask your approval only when needed.
- Drafts in Word with an agent's edits as redlines, forms filled from the same record, and filing packets you can edit.
- Companies and an HR portal for employer clients, plus time tracking and a billing review on every case.
What hasn't changed
We still believe in what brought us here: every immigration case is someone's life, and the attorneys and paralegals who carry those cases deserve tools worthy of the work. Your client data never trains AI models, every output cites its source, and the calls that matter stay with you.
To the hundreds of firms that have prepared cases with us, told us what was broken and trusted us to fix it: thank you. You shaped this as much as we did.
